The library team is delighted to present a new selection of DVDs which are now available.

La crème de la crème / Smart Ass (2014), directed by Kim Chapiron, starring Thomas Blumenthall & Alice Isaaz

Kelly, Dan and Louis use business tactics to inflate the popularity of certain students by hiring beautiful women as their dates for parties. When their new business takes on a life of its own, it quickly escapes their control.

The life and work of Edith Piaf, presented in two parts: the concert and the documentary reveal a look at the amazing story of a woman whose music echoes across time.

Hôtel Terminus (1988), documentary directed by Max Ophüls.

The film covers Nazi war criminal Klaus Barbie’s relatively innocent childhood, his time with the Gestapo in Lyon, through to the forty years between the end of World War II and his eventual deportation from Bolivia to stand trial for crimes against humanity in France.
