Coopers, 499 Great Western Road has adopted France for the Euro 2008 and will host the Alliance Club France.
As national championships throughout Europe are drawing to an close, fans are already gearing up for the long awaited Euro 2008. Despite repeated losses to Scotland, France managed to make it through to the final tournament held this June in Switzerland and Austria. Coopers, a pub on Great Western Road, has decided to adopt France and host the Alliance Club France. All games played by France (see below) will be screened and the atmosphere is expected to be fantastic. So wear blue white and red and join us at the Alliance Club France to support your team. Monday 9 June - 5pm - Romania v. France Friday 13 June - 7.45pm - Netherlands v. France Tuesday 17 June - 7.45pm - Italy v. France ... and hopefully more!
