New Cafés Histoire are scheduled at the Alliance Française.
The first Alliance Française de Glasgow Café Histoire of the year will meet on October 20th (5.30pm - 7pm) and will discuss "May 1958- December 1958" the birth of the 5th French Republic. In a controversial way, Charles De Gaulle imposed a Constitution which is still in use today. Forthcoming Cafés Histoire - Dates for your Diary! November 24th (5.30pm-7pm): "Guerre à la Guerre", les mutineries de 1914-1918 December 15th (5.30pm - 7pm): "Cluny: la naissance d’un nouvel idéal monastique" Café Histoire costs £4 for members of the Alliance Française, and £6 for non-members.
