New Cafés Histoire are scheduled at the Alliance Française. In-house historian extraordinaire Patrick Landri takes you through the intricacies and contradictions of French history. Key elements to a better understanding of French society today are examined. Forthcoming Cafés Histoire are scheduled as follows: Monday, June 15th, 5.30pm - 7pm, La naissance de l’Etat moderne en France: XIIIe-XIVe siècle. Please note that Cafés Histoire take place at Alliance Française. Presentations and debates are held in French. Café Histoire costs £4 for members of the Alliance Française, and £6 for non-members. |
