Terms & Conditions of the Alliance Française de Glasgow:
Payment: Your payment must be received in full before enrolling in a class; your place on your chosen course will not be confirmed until your full payment has been received. The Alliance Française de Glasgow does not accept payment by instalments.
Concession rates apply to full-time students, senior citizens (over 60), people who receive Jobseeker’s Allowance, and to the second ans subsequent member of the same family. Please note that proof may be required.
We accept payment by cash, cheque, debit/credit card (please note that credit card payments will incur a 3.5% surcharge).
Cancellation: Fees can neither be refunded nor held in credit if you withdraw once you have enrolled and your payment has been accepted. There will be no partial refund for classes not attended by the student. The Alliance Française de Glasgow cannot accept responsibility for changes in a student’s circumstances that may prevent them from attending their course.
If, owing to insufficient numbers, we have to cancel a course before the start of a term, a credit or refund by cheque will apply.
If, due to adverse weather or unforeseen circumstances, we have to cancel a class during the term, you will be notified by the Language office as soon as possible and we will do our best to reschedule the class at a later date.
Enrolment: Due to limited capacity in each class, we may have to determine a deadline to re-enrol for the following term/semester which will be notified to you by email when the current term/semester is coming to an end. Following this deadline, we will not be able to guarantee a space in your chosen course.
