West End Festival 2017: Bilingual Wine Tasting

To celebrate the arrival of summer, and as part of the West End Festival 2017, the Alliance Française Glasgow is teaming up once again with Oddbins Hyndland to host a special wine tasting, this time focusing on refreshing rosés!

As rosés are numerous and diverse, this workshop will give you the opportunity to taste a selection of ten wines each with their own personality.

You will learn about the different types, as well as discover and understand the various vineyards and grape varieties. Through this workshop, our hosts will show you that rosé is not just an alternative to red or white wine.

Wine list:

  • Torre Oria Brut Rosado (Spain)
  • Jansz Rosé (Tasmania)
  • Cabaret (France)
  • Clos Bellane (France)
  • Bougrier (France)
  • Della Rocca (Italy)
  • Luis Alegre (Spain)
  • Sierra Creek (North America)
  • Malbec (France)

Date and time: Thursday 8th June, 6-8pm
