The Alliance Française Glasgow is Scottish not-for-profit organisation established in 1982.
We are recognised by France as the official Language and Cultural Centre for Glasgow and the West of Scotland.
With over 40 years of experience, we are proud to welcome 1,500 motivated students throughout the year. Our energy is directed towards the people who share our idea of building bridges between cultures, and we would like to extend our gratitude for being faithful for all these years.
The long established reputation of our teaching centre is a result of a state-of-the-art pedagogical approach focused on engaging in a welcoming atmosphere where everyone feels at ease to practice while socialising.
Our team hosts a wide variety of cultural events to create a friendly and accessible environment for the curious, no matter if they are actively learning French with us or simply want to enjoy a piece of France in the heart of Glasgow.
Obtain an internationally recognised diploma of French proficiency. Qualifications can allow you to live, study or work in a francophone country.
Alliance Francaise Glasgow is a non-profit organisation whose cultural mission is greatly helped by support from our community.
