'Bonjour tout le monde,

Je suis Aude et depuis bientôt 9 ans je suis devenue « Glaswégienne » d’adoption et professeure à l’Alliance française.

Ma grande passion dans la vie, c’est voyager et découvrir de nouvelles cultures tout en goûtant bien sûr les spécialités culinaires locales. J’ai eu la chance, grâce à mon travail, d’habiter dans de nombreux pays un peu partout dans le monde : de la Roumanie au Cambodge en passant par le Liban et la Jordanie et d’y rencontrer des gens merveilleux. Chaque année, mon objectif est toujours de découvrir une nouvelle région du monde et la liste de mes envies de voyages est sans fin.

Malgré tout, je suis toujours aussi amoureuse de ma région d’origine : l’Occitanie ensoleillée et j’espère pouvoir vous la faire découvrir un peu pour vous donner envie d’y aller très bientôt.'

My great passion in life is traveling and discovering new cultures, while of course tasting the local culinary specialties. I have been fortunate, thanks to my work, to live in many countries around the world: from Romania to Cambodia, through Lebanon and Jordan, and to meet wonderful people there. Every year, my goal is always to discover a new region of the world, and my travel wish list is endless.

Despite all of that, I am still deeply in love with my home region: sunny Occitania, and I hope to be able to share it with you a little, to make you want to visit very soon."
