SPECIAL FRANCOPHONIE! We’re delighted to invite you to a tasty evening to celebrate la Francophonie and (re-)discover a selection of cheese on Wednesday 18th March! Phoebe Weller, aka The Roving Fromagière, will make you appreciate cheese on a whole new level – through careful tasting combined with explanation of place, person and process! Phoebe tours the UK inspiring and rejoicing in all things cheese. She has worked for the British Cheese Awards, was a resident cheese expert for STV, and has talked cheese extensively on BBC Radio Scotland. Date and time: Wednesday 18th March, 6-8pm Venue: Alliance Française Glasgow, 3 Park Circus, G3 6AX Fees: £16 per person for AF Members / £20 for non-Members Bookings must be made at the Language Office in advance. This workshop will be held in English with French culinary vocabulary.
